“Due to a code enforcement case the city forced me to build a carport. After talking with a handful of different contractors Jorge came out and quickly provided an estimate and timeline for the work. Jorge understood that I was looking for a no frills carport and his estimate was more inline with what I was looking for than anyone else I had talked to. Throughout the building process Jorge was very responsive to all questions and requests and his team was consistently there in the morning and very respectful. Jorge worked with the city to schedule all the required inspections and worked with the inspector to make sure everything that was required was done. From the beginning to the end of this project Jorge was excellent to work with. JGR Construction will be the first to be called for any future projects I have and will also be recommended to all my friends.”

“We hired Jorge to add a room in our house. He started work within 3 months after I talked to him. He also recommended a very good engineer to do design. As promised, he finished the job within 1 month. His crew are very good and listen to our concerns. They come on time and keep the place relatively clean even during construction. He gives attention to details and does quality work. On top of that he is responsive to phone calls, text messages and very easy to work with. All our friends and family loved the room that we added. Many of the folks told us that new room, roof, walls doesn't look like it was being added. It looks as if it's been there from the very beginning. I highly recommend Jorge. “We interviewed four contractors we found on Yelp to remodel my house. All of the reviews for JGR Construction were great, but we had no idea that Jorge would become our hero. He has such a great personality and is a very intelligent person with integrity. We had plans from an architect but Jorge suggested changes that improved the project immensely. He was always patient with us and always had an idea to deal with the bumps that arose with a 62 year old house. We truly can't thank him enough. Our project turned into a total house renovation with two small additions. Jorge changed the plans to remove little walls and further open up the space and he put the heater in the attic and turned the space into a large pantry for the new kitchen. He improved the ceiling in the kitchen and the sunroom that raised the ceiling. He added an eave on the house where a previous addition was done incorrectly. He handcrafted a beautiful mantel and added a gas fireplace among the many other improvements including new bathrooms, tankless water heater, roof and so much more. His team was fun to work with and we enjoyed them very much. They were dedicated to doing a good job and making us happy.”
